An IR with comprehensive functionality
Submission Forms
Easy-to-use, flexible and scalable submission forms allow for accurate description and efficient ingestion of digital assets. Any file type can be ingested into the system.
DOI Minting
TIND is an official member of DataCite (DataCite Consortium), enabling us to seamlessly assign DOIs to information resources managed by our system.
Collections
The system enables flexible setup of collections and organizing of content to provide a user-friendly searching experience.
Approval Workflows
Route submissions to the right reviewers and approve, edit or return them before anything is published.
User Management
User and access rights are administrated through the access module. Roles, groups and rights can be set up to define administrator access (limited by module) as well as public access and restrictions. Access may be defined on individual record level or per group of records (collections).

Readers view documents and images directly in the browser, without downloading them first.
Audiovisual Streaming
Modern media streaming experience, transcoded to ensure consistent streaming quality.
User Personalization
Personal user-defined features include personal user space to save and store desired records. Users may share documents within specific groups. Every user has a full overview of their performed searches, submitted documents and their approval status.
Batch Editor
Powerful editor to make changes to existing records in the database, without needing to download/upload metadata. Changes can be done in specific MARC fields and are based on regular expression filtering.

Controlled Vocabularies
Keep author names, subjects and departments consistent across the whole repository, so search results stay accurate.
